Guardline Driveway Alarm Bracket
Guardline makes Sensors to let you know if someone enters your property, or passes a perimeter. They work great, but we have a pipe fence. They do not have a pipe adapter. We created one.
The adapter we made fits a 2" pipe (other sizes available), secures with 2 screw clamps. We designed it so the Driveway Sensor can be easily removed with 4 M3 screws (included). No modification to the driveway Sensor is needed. Just screw it on.
Solar-Powered Fence Energizer Bracket
American Farm Works makes Solar-Powered Fence Energizers. They make a great product, Their fence bracket that comes with the Solar-Powered Fence Energizer, well ours broke. You can't buy just that bracket. So We designed a new one.
If your bracket broke, we can replace it. Why replace a $150+ energizer for a 15$ bracket.
We use one of the strongest filaments to make this adapter.
FAQ
Q: What Filament do we use?
A: It depends, all projects we do have different uses and requirements. We tend to start with PETG for it overall durability and it's wide range of characteristics. But we will find out the usage and ask questions.
Some of the questions could be: Will it stay indoors? We'll probably use PETG or similar. Will it need be outdoors? Will be it be under stress? it might require something like ,ABS, ASA, PA, TPU, PC, or CF infused product. Bottom like is we have a wide range of filaments we can use, and we make the best choice per job requirements.
Q: What do you need to design a part?
A: As much detail as possible. We'll need accurate dimensions. We work in mm for 3d printing, although we can work in standard measurements. Pictures, we would like pictures to see what we are creating. If it is a new part, a diagram or a sketch will work.
Q: What kind of things do you print?
A: We can print almost anything. If you have a specific need, please reach out and we'll be glad to discuss it. Below are the projects we have done because we had a need.
Q: Are you a Print Farm
A: We are NOT a print farm. We don’t mass produce—we craft each product with care and precision for our customers. If you need a hundred of one item, yes, we can do that for you, but we do not keep large amounts of 3D products on the shelf. We print orders on demand, so there will be a little bit of a lead time. Depending on the quantity, we can usually knock them out pretty quick.
